This silk scarf is absolutely gorgeous and the Emerald color is exactly as pictured. It's packaged well enough to be gifted and comes with a care card and test swatch to ensure it's not damaged. My giftee was thrilled; my family thought I spent more than I did. However, it wasn't as soft as I expected it to be, I think because of the lighter weave and my inexperience with silk. That's not a fault of the seller, but the nature of the garment! However, I have terrible psoriasis and my skin kept getting caught in a way that made me worried about snagging. I think someone with very long nails, skin problems, or a penchant for sequins would have difficulty maintaining this scarf.
