- đź’ˇ How to identify real silk? Take few yarns from the material and carefully burn it with a flame. Genuine silk 1). burns with smell of burnt hair. When you burn the edge of real silk fabric, 2). the flame is invisible and it will stop burning as soon as the flame is removed. 3). The ash produced is black, crispy and brittle.
- The mask area measures approximately 9" x 5.5", with 2 layers, adjustable elastic ear loops, a filter pocket, and a nose wire pocket.

1). Hand wash with cold water.
2). Hang dry or dry flat, no tumble dry.
3). Avoid any chlorine bleach.
4). Iron with lowest heat (maximum 230F/110C)

I had an usual purpose for this mask. I love to knit but my asthma gets bothered by microscopic yarn fibers that get into the air. This mask takes care of this for me and is super easy to wear and breathe through! I used to use "I Can Breathe" silk masks, but they have discontinued their business. This is a very good replacement for me. Yay!
